KNC’s NDIS Program

KNC is a NDIS registered service provider and a not-for-profit organisation managed by a volunteer board which is elected annually. Our NDIS operations are run by dedicated co-ordinators and care workers, ensuring quality service and support for people with a disability.

Domestic and Household Tasks

✔ Help with cleaning, gardening, laundry and meal preparation so you can enjoy a comfortable home.

Community Nursing

✔ Skilled nursing care, including health checks, wound management and medication support.

Allied Health Service

✔ Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to build strength, independence and confidence.

Social/Community Participation

✔ Support to join outings, groups and activities, encouraging connection and companionship.

Support Co-ordination

✔ Guidance to understand your NDIS plan and connect you to the right services for your needs.

Home Modifications

✔ Installing ramps, rails and accessible layouts to make your home safe and easy to navigate.

Life Skills & Transitions

✔ Coaching in cooking, budgeting and preparing for work to increase independence and confidence.

Transport and Travel Assistance

✔ Safe, reliable transport for appointments, social events and community activities.

Personal Care

✔ Assistance with activities of daily living, from personal hygiene to complex care needs.
